The Association provides training seminars all around the State of Massachusetts on various water and wastewater topics. We are developing an extensive training program including water and wastewater operator training, exam preparatory courses, operations and maintenance training, safety, and much more. All of our courses are MA DEP approved for water and/or wastewater license renewals.

Please email us with any training ideas and suggestions. We will review all recommendations and consider them when planning future classes. If you would like your facility to be added to our host list, please let us know.

Would you like to have MassRWA conduct technical training at your facility?
We can offer your facility the convenience and efficiency of on-site contract training. This program will allow you to target your staff's specific needs, such as certification, safety, operations and maintenance, and administrative. We will work with you to develop a program of classes that are most suited to your educational and financial needs.

VIRTUAL CLASSES: ZOOM
During this global pandemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be holding classes virtually using the Zoom platform.

All participants will need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone that has Zoom videoconferencing software installed, and a good internet connection. If you don’t yet have Zoom, you can sign up and download here.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Individuals registered for one of our training classes, seminars, and/or confereces (such as the Trifecta) will be charged the class fee if we have not received notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the beginnning of class. Anyone contacting MassRWA to cancel enrollment in a training session will receive a cancellation number. In the event of an emergency, which would prevent attendance, please contact MassRWA as soon as possible with the details.
