MassRWA serves as the voice of the rural water and waterwater industry on Capitol Hill. Alongside the National Rural Water Association and rural water associations throughout the nation, staff at the National Rural Water Association, Washington D.C. office, actively engage in day-to-day water and wastwater advocacy in conversations with policymakers, organize annual rural water member events, and arrange member meetings with governmental agencies.
